Digital templating tool used for accurate countertop measurements

Step 2

Measure

Together, we’ll schedule a time to complete on-site measurements using digital templating. This technology allows us to get the most accurate measurements possible, leaving minimal margins on all walls and caulking joints, while reducing the time and labour required. Measurements are taken once cabinets are in place and sinks are on site. Our technician will review the ease of access and discuss any preparation needed for installation.

Step 3

Digital Vein Matching

We want the best result for you. Our software allows us to create a digital rendering of what the finished counter and backsplash will look like before cutting the material. This allows us to best match the veining and pattern in the slabs selected to minimize the appearance of seams. All vein matching is approved before fabrication begins to ensure client satisfaction.

Using our Sasso K600, a five-axis CNC saw, we will cut your stone material with precision and accuracy. This high-performance saw allows us to minimize the appearance of mitre joints and seams, as well as produce precise cutouts, such as electrical outlets and sink cutouts. At Eurocraft, we aim to undertake all cutting in the shop, to reduce dust and disturbance on site.
